I have a priest friend who has a black lab named Gracie I can just picture him including her in his homily preparation and the daily life of a priest. Very good indeed.

Full disclosure- I am a member of the parish and Fr Kraker is my pastor.
That being said, Vinnie, Here is a wonderful collection of short essays, most of which were published first in our parish bulletin. Father Kraker is a warm, super-intelligent, gentle and cultured man (you should here him sing!) and Vinnie-yes, there is a Vinnie, is incredibly gentle and friendly.
The essays each deal with an aspect of life, with gentle humor, and conclude with questions for reflection A sampling of the essay titles” To Know How to Wait”, “Away but not Gone”, “All She Had to Give”
Ideal for individual reading or as a small group. A perfect gift for anyone, Catholic or not.
